WHAT IS POWERLIFTING?
Powerlifting is an individualized strength sport in which competitors attempt to lift as much weight as possible for one repetition in Squat, Bench and Deadlift. Our classes are for those who want to get stronger and/or to compete in the sport of Powerlifting.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6-8PM
Workouts are about 1 hour so you need to arrive no later than 7:00pm to finish by 8:00PM
$175 per month/no contracts
