This program is designed for beginners and intermediate lifters. The class is open to women of all ages with little to no weightlifting experience. It is a 3 days a week program.
Coach Jordan Fagan will teach the basics of strength training with weight focusing on squatting, deadlifting, and pressing (overhead and bench) along with a little bit of assistance movements.
The class will start with hands-on instruction with light weights on proper form and technique. As you gain strength, you will progressively increase loads, always under the watchful eye of our experienced coach.
Strength training is vital for women for maintaining muscle and bone mass and for burning fat.
This is the perfect class for women who know they should be strength training, but don’t know how to start.
