Introducing ‘Friday Gains’

Are you ready to take your fitness to the next level?  Master your double unders, get that first pull up or muscle up, or just get better at those Olympic lifts?  Introducing “Friday Gains”.  We will start Friday Gains this Friday, 3/23/18, at 4:30pm.  This will be a class/open gym hybrid where we will have a skill or lift to drill, some homework drills, and a workout.  There will be at least one coach present who will go over the drills and workout with you.

This week, we will be drilling double unders.  Come discuss rope length, pogo stick jumping, and drill spinning the rope.   We will also begin training for MURPH.
