What brought you to CrossFit?
I needed a more structured exercise program to improve my health and toddler corralling skills
What was your first impression?
It’s tough, but rewarding. There’s a scaled down version of every workout for all levels of fitness. Every workout, for the most part, targets a different strength or weakness. For example, focusing on legs one day and arms the next
What’s been your biggest accomplishment?
I would say my biggest accomplishment has been the regularity with which I have been able to attend the crossfit classes. 3 times a week over the course of 1.5 years now.
What are you working on now?
Cardio seems to be my biggest weakness so I should probably focus on that.
What’s your favorite North Durham CrossFit memory?
Participating in the crossfit games workout is eye opening and pushes me to work harder
