Join us at North Durham Crossfit Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00pm to train with a highly accomplished former Division 1 Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach to up your game. Sports Performance classes will focus on speed, acceleration, strength, and teaching proper movement mechanics to greatly reduce the risk of sport related injury.
